Meet Susan Breeze
HELLO, MY NAME IS SUSAN BREEZE AND I AM AN ACCREDITED CRANIOSACRAL THERAPIST. I AM OFFERING SESSIONS, BY APPOINTMENT, AT MY BEAUTIFUL TREATMENT ROOM IN MY HOME IN KURANDA.
I have pursued my interest in natural therapies for more than twenty years and am also accredited in Swedish Massage and Reiki 1, 2 and 3. I have had several years experience in counseling which ties in well with my other areas of expertise. I have a great rapport with children of all ages, having worked for ten years in Early Childhood with ages from three to seven, at the Cairns Hinterland Steiner School.
Craniosacral Therapy does not involve any spinal manipulations or adjustments but focuses on the use of Light-touch therapy and is above all a very relaxing invigorating experience. I look forward to sharing my skills with you to improve yours or your loved one’s life journeys.
My Approach & Values
My core values drive the way I live and work. They determine my progress and are my measure telling me that my life is progressing in the direction I want it to. I feel that my values have been strongly influenced by my upbringing, having lived a very simple life in Papua New Guinea for most of my younger years and then in my adult life, my learning and involvement in Steiner education and its holistic practices.
These two influences have crafted my beliefs around acceptance, compassion, inclusiveness, kindness, open mindedness and making a difference, all values that I hold dear. I have volunteered a large amount of my adult years to make the world a better place, with a strong focus on education, the environment, well-being and healing.
I am a very intuitive person and often feel before I am told about what is occurring for someone. This often assists with my helping, healing and caring for people with my body work.
The times that make me the happiest are when I am with family and when I am working with people to help them heal.
